Absolute Dental is the absolute worst. I’ve been to three different locations and they’re all trash prescriptions that were supposed to be sent, but never received inability to accomplish what I need lack of communication, lack of urgency. Nobody ever answers the phone like ever. It was constantly ringing for the hour and a half that I was sitting in the lobby. Multiple attempts to try to reach them about my prescription that was spoke about during my appointment but never received by my pharmacy. Multiple calls gone on answered This place is just garbage.

It was a great appointment she showed me the xrays and since I wanted sedation they gave a provider for me to check out wish I would have know this last year the importance of all of this would have done something sooner but most tell you what u want to hear but not what u need to know

Literally spent only 5 seconds with me. I booked for a cleaning and then was told as a new client, I had to do an exam first and if I wanted a cleaning i’d have to wait an extended period of time. Felt extremely uncomfortable and not taken care of throughout the appointment. Very little communication and explanation of treatment plan, barely explained the x-rays and issues. Couldn’t get me out the door faster. 0/10 would recommend. I’m happy I only was able to get an exam because I would not trust this place with a cleaning or filling of any sort. Receptionist is extremely sweet and friendly but other than that just no.
