“My visit with Dr. Ellen Liang and the staff was excellent. They were patient and very kind. I have a handicap and both the doctor and the staff were most accommodating. I highly recommend the doctor and the practice. The only problem I had was with the answering service. Since it was my first visit, I wasn’t exactly sure where the office was after the third phone call I was finally able to get someone to say exactly where the office was, but by that time my appointment had been canceled even though I had called and told the service to tell them I was on my way I’d rather that phone calls would go right to the receptionist at the desk.”
