Dr. Steven Berman has been in practice since 1986. In addition to practicing general urology Dr. Berman has a particular interest in kidney, bladder and prostate cancer
and minimally invasive office based procedures. Dr. Berman has been chosen one of the Castel Connolly's "Top Doctors" of 2013.

In 1990, after four years in private practice in New York and the Bronx, Dr. Berman joined Urological Associates - Dr. Bernard Fruchtman and Dr. Jon Marks. With the addition of Dr. Mark Stein in 1997 and the retirement of Dr. Fruchtman in 1998 the practice is currently known as Advanced Urology Centers of New York.
Dr. Berman is married and has three children. He enjoys most sports, in particular, tennis and skiing.
