“Great place, great doctor... as my first visit, I was impressed on how friendly and efficient everyone treated me here. Doctor Setia was very patient and made me feel at home, I felt very relaxed speaking to the doctor that I can only compare it as to "talking to family" itself.
Dr Setia not only attentively listened to all my needs and concerns, but also walked me with details and options for my situation. He was excellent at providing a variety of choices available. At the end on my visit, I felt at ease that all my questions were answered, all my concerns clarified, and I felt comfortable with the recommended options I was given. He was very through and professional.

Deepak K. Setia, M.D., Board Certified Internist, has over forty years of experience in medicine. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, and pursued a Fellowship in Medical Oncology at United Hospitals Medical Center. His areas of practice include Internal and Family Medicine. Dr. Setia is affiliated with both Brooklyn Hospital and Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. Currently, he serves as the President of Glenridge Medical Associates and has been a valuable asset to the Ridgewood and Bushwick communities. Office was very old world. I felt like I stepped back into the 90s.
He also prescribed me without checking my physical body at all for any symptoms.
I thought that was a lil sketchy.

Very great first visit. I’ve been on Zoloft since I was fourteen, and he encouraged me to plan to ween off of it with his help. Most doctors just refill the prescription, but Dr. Setia really cares about wellness as a family member would. Thank you!

Dr. Setia is the kind of doctor who one would envision doing home visits. He listens well, addresses your concerns systematically and seems altogether approachable. His office is clean, organized and the front end staff were professional. Today was my first visit and as an RN I felt comfortable in my interaction despite my critical nature. Towards the end of my exam, I was asked if I had further questions, understood instructions and was directed when to follow up. It is rare to have a doctor’s office that is accessible nowadays. 5 - star service.

This doctor was very polite, but his medical opinions and judgment concerned me. I have a problem with low blood pressure. So when my reading was 90/70, I wasn’t surprised. But he proceeded to tell me that was a normal reading when it’s pretty much as low as an adult’s pressure can go without dying. Then he proceeded to draw 3 vials of blood despite my low pressure. I almost fainted on my way out of the office.

Extremely personable. Dr. Setia is definitely a full service doctor. He does every part of the examination and even draws blood himself.
