Well, I would love to create my experience but I didnt have one. I went ot the office for an emergency gyn appointment scheduled for 9:30am. I got there about 9:10 and when I got there the door was locked. I called and was told the office does not open until 1pm and they were sorry for my confusion. I explained that I was not confused, I made the available appointment on zoc doc and got an email confirming, they apologized and said they were taking note of what I said.

I made an appointment for an iud insertion. Verified the appointment online and even talked to someone on the phone the day prior, so I was under the impression I was going there to get an iud that day because no one told me otherwise. I kept that impression all the way through being gowned and putting my legs up on the stirrups. Then and only then was I told that this office doesn’t have iuds and they need to order them which takes a month to do. Nobody thought to tell me that from the person online, to the person on the phone, to the person at the front desk who confirmed my arrival. Instead I had to be told AFTER I had mentally prepared myself for an iud insertion, gowned, and put myself in stirrups. So for future reference, so no one has to ever go through what i went through today, they DO NOT have iuds readily available like other offices and you need to wait a month upon request for the iud to come in.

The entire staff and MD was super sweet. Made me feel very comfortable and even my blood draw went so smooth. The office has such a lovely vibe. Super clean and the entire process was very easy. I would for sure recommend this office to other women.

I needed an urgent appointment on a Saturday and I was concerned about the care I would receive. Everyone was professional and kind. I was very well taken care of as if I were a patient of the practice. I highly recommend them. I would switch my primary care GYN but I truly love my physician.
