I think he's knowledgeable, but I did feel like everything wasn't explained to me as a person and not as a medical professional. I felt a little rushed through. He only used his phone to diagnose me, apart from our discussion. He didn't have my chart or a computer in front of him, which made me nervous. I wasn't sure if he'd even looked at my chart from previous visits to other doctors. But, he re-diagnosed me and has a plan moving forward. He seems to know what he's doing.
