More about Dr. Aaron Cohn, MD
Dr. Cohn joined our practice from Michigan where he was the Glaucoma specialist for a large twelve physician practice. He moved here to be closer to family. He will continue to practice glaucoma as well as perform cataract and comprehensive ophthalmology. Dr. Cohn graduated from Jefferson Medical College in 2005, completed his ophthalmology residency at the Beaumont Eye Institute in 2009 and went for further training in a surgical glaucoma fellowship at the University of Illinois in Chicago in 2009-2010.
In addition to being on staff at Riddle Hospital, Dr. Cohn is on staff at Taylor Hospital, Crozer- Chester and Fair Acres Geriatic Center. He enjoys distance running, ultimate frisbee and traveling.

Dr. Cohn was friendly and patient. I would be very comfortable going back to see him again.
I had a long wait before going back to the doctor, as well as an additional wait between the nurse leaving and Dr. Cohn finally coming to see me. I also would have liked to be warned that I was going to have my eyes dilated in advance of my appointment.
Finally, I filled out all the paperwork through ZocDoc which was pointless. I had to fill out patient history, etc. all over again when I got to the office.

I enjoyed my first visit with Dr. Cohn. He was sensitive about my time spent waiting to see him, which was about 20 minutes. His staff was also very nice. Full office, including dispensing glasses and contacts.

The doctor was very thorough and explained each step of the exam. Very good and helpful. Office staff lost my file and I sat in the reception area for over an hour.

A bit chaotic with many patients being ushered in from one room to the next. I think I had hopped around to 3 different rooms and couldn't get 1 test done because another patient was on a machine. The wait time was a bit long for my liking and nobody had informed me that my vision was going to be blurry for awhile, so driving to work was a challenge. But, Dr. Cohn was awesome, friendly, and attentive.

The office felt a little understaffed for this evening visit. The pre-exam felt rushed. The exam was fine but the doctor seemed more rushed than my first visit. Doctor was helpful in suggesting another type of eye drop.

Very good staff. Nice doctor, but it took an hour for him to even come into the examining room, then within 5 minutes he left to take a call. I heard him outside the room, chatting like he had all the time in the world about personal stuff like buying a house, etc. He came back in and just didn't seem to be tuned in to my concerns. The visit lasted 2 hours, which was entirely too long.
