I like that the office and Dr. Ford space out the appointments so that you have adequate time to ask questions and get a clear understanding of what may or may not be going on. Dr. Ford and his staff not only took their time to do their initial exam/consult but they also put you at ease that the symptoms you are experiencing are not as harmful as you may think. Lastly, I did learn a couple things I did not know prior to appointment. Would recommend and go back.

Dr. Ford seems to be a good match for me - listened and communicated well. Doesn't seem prone to over- medicate, and involved me in the treatment plan.
Nursing staff also impressed me favorably.
It's difficult to contact the office by phone but Zocdoc worked well.
