I never felt rushed or unheard. She gave genuine thought to her responses and recommendations, which made the entire experience feel personal and collaborative.
What stood out to me most was that she also encouraged me to consider my mental health and overall emotional well-being. After the loss of my mom, having a provider acknowledge that part of my health was incredibly refreshing and meaningful.
