It took a long time for my visit, because I waited about 20-30 minutes for the appointment, had my check-up, and finally waited another 20 minutes before all my tests were done. I spent about 1.5 hours there when it really should have been a 30 minute thing.

I would NOT recommend this doctor or this facility. She was very short & abrupt, I felt like she wasn't really listening to my questions and I felt uncomfortable to even ask all of them as I felt like she wanted the appointment to be over as quickly as possible.
The nurses were even worse. After seeing the doctor within 15 minutes of my appointment, I then had to have bloods taken and give a urine sample. The nurse didn't come for 30 minutes, I had to actually go out and ask for them. When she went to take my blood, she didn't get my vein right away so kept moving the needle while still IN my arm, also telling me that I had moved my arm and that's why she couldn't get it. She kept moving the needle until I felt an excruciatingly sharp pain, which was when I told her to take it out. She then blamed me once again, saying the blood was coming out and I interrupted it.
I ended up leaving the facility without even having my bloods taken.
Terrible experience.

Dr. Chen is a great physician. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front desk are polite and get you checked in very quickly. From check in to when I'm leaving the office generally takes 20-30 minutes, tops. One of the best physicians and offices I've been to!
