Nurse was straight to the point and friendly. Got flu shot and blood drawn professionally. Dr. Shelly was very friendly, asked me how I was feeling and checked me thoroughly and professionally. They have an online portal where you can check your status and results
Dr Bailyn has always been an incredibly caring / thoughtful dr. I’ve recommended him endlessly to friends in NYC. I’ve never felt rushed and always in great hands. Unfortunately, his reception staff is horrifying. I had an accident in a foreign country where I was treated at a hospital until full recovery and then given some prescription medications as an extra precaution - antibiotics while flying home etc. They told me it was not required but maybe just a “good idea” to touch base with my US Doctor when I returned home just to see that I was still feeling well. So I called to make an appointment / I said I had a non emergency so any time early next week would be great. The receptionist, Melanie, said what are you coming in for - I said, well actually I was in an accident in Costa Rica, I’m all good now but wanted to see Dr Bailyn when I got back just to check in. She said HOLD. When she came back, she started right in: we cannot handle insurance claims, we will not work with your insurance company on claiming refunds etc etc. I said - uh no I’m not asking for anything even remotely like that. My insurance company has already dealt with the international team and I’m covered and handled - they have been a dream to work with and I am not looking for an appointment to continue a claim (??!!??!!). She continued on about no-fault something or other / again, not at all why I was calling. I finally said forget it / said I’d find a new doctor and move on. Such a shame for such a kind doctor to be fronted by such unacceptably rude and thoughtless receptionists.

Excellent Dr. Very Helpful and explained everything he was doing in terms of diagnosis and treatment to the degree that I felt wholly informed about everything I wanted to know. Very kind, can’t say enough good things.
She’s great however I tried to reach the office 6 times before anyone picked up. The phone rang and rang and then disconnected. It was very frustrating and surprising that a reputable medical office did. It have the infrastructure to address a simple phone call... Perhaps your company should get someone to simply answer the phone? It doesn’t make a patient feel confident in the establishment despite how good the doctor is.
