I would not recommend this office. They have poor follow-up timing. Do not complete forms on a timely matter that are submitted through the email, that they promote. They do not return calls back for messages left. And they put you on hold for a very long time. Or may not even answer at all. Not sure is the doctor is aware, and this is solely on the receptionist, but very unprofessional and a disservice to patients.

Dr. Berry and his staff are great educators. Before coming to see him I had a hard time finding a doctor who listened. I appreciate him so and would be hurt if he no longer was my doctor.
