I was referred to Dr. Katof after an unfortunate misdiagnosis which resulted in emergency heart bypass surgery.
My prior physician was not thorough and didn't recognize the subtle signs Associated with heart failure. Fortunately I am alive and thriving due to Dr. Katof's excellent care.
Dr. Katof is by far the best doctor who has ever treated me. He is caring, extremely thorough, takes his time and listens to me. He makes me feel like he's my own personal physician, caring for me as if you were family and making our well-being his top priority.
Dr. Katof has diagnosed a wide range of maladies for me and my family, many of which had scary symptoms but upon his examination, he knew what they were and was able to make an accurate diagnosis on the spot. Often he referred us to a specialist to confirm, but they always confirmed his initial diagnosis.
I owe my life to Dr. Katof. If it weren't for his medical acumen and his conscientiousness to me in diagnosing an issue, I would not be alive today.
All my family and friends go to him and are overwhelmed by his exceptional care.

As a board certified internist, Dr. Adam Katof serves the Plainview, Syosset, Melville, Dix Hills, Jericho, Westbury, and Manhasset communities “concierge style” internal medicine without the costs associated with it.
