I was extremely impressed with the entire staff! Despite the fact that the amount of time needed to fill out the reems of paper work! May I suggest you put all the forms on your website to be prefilled out prior to the doctor visit. Once I was taken back for my actual appointment, all went well. Natalie the PA was extremely kind, very knowledgeable, personable, excellent bedside manner. Very concerned with my pain and need for pain relief. Dr. Wuollet was excellent. I was only expecting a 15 minute consultation. I was being treated for approximately 2 hours!!! All my concerns were addressed. They waited for my MRI results to be faxed over and then went over all my options. They were able to administer a muscle relaxing injection which cut down a lot of my pain, and they prescribed medications that actually worked. I appreciated the fact that I could schedule my doctors appointment for the very next day via the ZocDoc website. I am extremely grateful for the care and speed and professionalism in which my issues and pain were addressed, Bravo Dr. Wuollet, Natalie and Co. for a job well done.
