I’m an incredibly upset that two appointments have been confirmed and no phone call was ever made by the provider. I had an initial appointment that went great and then a follow up scheduled. I was never contacted. I tried making more appointments and was never contacted. My medication is now running out and I can’t get in touch with the doctor.

i really like the doctor ,he's very professional and compassionate,my only issue was the doctor wqs at home not at the office so I booked an appt and went to the office and he wasnt there. i was able to speak to him on the phone and get what i needed but had I been notified before my appointment I could have saved myself a trip

Small hiccup with my appointment at the hospital as Dr Badiru was not there. After a quick phone call tho he was able to see me over the phone/FaceTime and it went probably just as well as it would have in person. So no complaints!

I actually ended up speaking with Dr. Badiru on the phone rather than in a video visit. I tried calling the office multiple times when I didn't receive a video link, and when I finally got through, he explained that something was wrong with the video, so I don't fault him or any of his staff for the issue!
Overall, it was a good consultation, I felt that Dr. Badiru listened and took all of my history and concerns seriously. He expressed genuine concern for me, as well as being very clear about what steps I needed to take to get my medical records over to his office.
I am still a bit unclear about billing, but it was just an initial consultation so I'm hoping to clarify the next time we talk.

This was the best visit with a psychiatrist I’ve ever had. Dr. Badiru was very attentive and took the time to understand what my problem was. I didn’t have a wait time and was seen with no connection issues. Looking forward to the next appointment.

The 45min appointment. He charged me a lot of money. I am a new patient. The appt, lasted 20 minutes and was given 3 prescriptions. My history was not really taken. I have requested some of my money back bc he only gave me 20 minutes and honestly I was not happy at all.
