The doctor is very knowledgeable and he cares for his patients ,but front desk didnt notify me of a referral being needed and i got billed by the insurance. It was finally removed im not sure who did what but the front desk had attitude and wasn’t being polite at all.

The best GI doctor i have been to. Dr Sreenivasan evaluated me through several questions and reviewed my previous records from imaging to have an idea what i had in the past so he can recommend my medication for treatment. Very pleasant and makes you feel heard whatever it is thats bothering your health. I went in skeptical bc of my past experiences with some doctors, but i was very happy that i found this doctor. Definitely recommend! Some doctors will go beyond and above to figure out your issue, so dont give up if your last one wasn’t good to you, - go see Dr Sreenivasan asap!

Made an appt and was confirmed, uploaded my insurance etc and when I went to office (45 mins ahead of time) they didn't have me on schedule. The supervisor then showed me print out from zocdoc but still said it wasn't confirmed. They did offer to see me 430/5 ,3 hours later I had traveled whole way from Queens and I wasn't waiting around that long. Therefore, I scheduled with another doctor.
