Dr. Salerno was very approachable and thorough. She spent a good hour with me reviewing my history, giving me a physical, asking me if I had questions and setting me up for further testing. Honestly my favorite doctor. She's done pretty much everything for me. She's my primary care doctor; she's given me my IUDs; and when my psychiatrist ghosted me—she took care of my mental health. She is so multi-talented and I prefer her over any other doctor I've had. I feel comfortable speaking to her about anything and I've even recommended her to other people.

Went for my daughter 15 month well visit. Very average doctor and office. The nurses were atrocious. Didn't measure my daughter correctly so she was measured way under her normal height-wasn't until I questioned it that the doctor took a different measurement - which was more accurate. When it was time for my daughters shots they said I had to lie down on top of her to hold her down. My daughter had never been scared of shots or a doctor before and she was SCREAMING. It was traumatic for both of us. I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone.

I liked Dr. Salerno. She was nice and thorough. The appointment process was a little frustrating as they didn't honor the ZocDoc appt and they kept bouncing me around. However once we got appointment time sorted out, it was fast and easy. The Dr. forgot to check 1 thing so I had to pop back into an exam room but it was super simple.

I recently switched PCPs to Dr. Salerno. She actually listens to my concerns and doesn't tell me that certain types of issues don't exist or a major issue I'm worrying about can be solved by just simply losing weight. Dr. Salerno with comprehend every sign and symptom and research any possible explanation for what it could possibly be to narrow it down, without judgement. Feeling judged by a doctor is possibly the worst thing a doctor can do. The only problem I had with her recently is I reached out to about a significant problem I was having through their patient portal that is specifically designed for that reason and never heard back. I followed up a day or so after letting them know it's urgent, still never heard back. I was quite desperate for a response and not receiving one from her left me in a vulnerable position that was detrimental to my mental and physical health.

I didn't see the Doctor till 1 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment.
She told me to go down the hall for bloodwork. When I got there, the woman said it was her lunch hour.
I'll go again to see if anything improves.

Dr. Salerno is nice. She was overwhelming bouncing with energy. At first I thought she had a bit of an attitude. I was looking for a derma and she popped and she's also a PCP, and I was looking to replace my old PCP. I think the patient rooms need something, like a bit of updating or sprucing up. They were a little dingy looking to me, I can't put my finger on exactly what it was. But towards the end of the appointment, she seemed to relax a bit and we were laughing. I hope the next time I see her since now I've met her it won't be so tense.

Very professional. This is the third time I had to change Doctors in the past 3 years because of insurance. I was very pleased with the experience, and will definetly be using this office. I did not feel rushed and felt the Doctor really cared about keeping her patients well and out of the Hospitals.

Dr. Salerno appears to be very Knowledgeable and caring. My visit with her was very pleasant. She has a wonderful personality; she's easy to talk to and explains me well her reasoning for performing certain tests and procedures. I would not hesitate to see her again and recommend her to my friends & family.
