They poked me 4 times just to get blood for a thyroid test and the doctor made silly comments while I almost passed out from poking and blood. I had a clot on my hand cuz the doctor kept poking it around, even the nurse said “ignore his sarcasm.”

Wow! Dr. Author and his staff are great. Very knowledgeable in many areas of health. They are also empathetic to what you’re going through. I went they’re crying and they weren’t rude. They kept reassuring me that all tests that I was afraid of coming out positive were actually negative. The Dr is a perfectionist. So if he asks for a test to be redone just know that he’s double checking. That’s super reassuring especially when you are afraid and don’t know what’s wrong with you. He referred me to a bunch of place to get my health and mind healthy. Love this place. Even though he specializes in stomach pains, he is extremely knowledgeable in all as of health. He also ordered test to give me a piece of mind. Even though he already knew what was wrong with me. That helped me so much. Place is super clean, too.

I had a great experience at my recent visit. The wait time was very short, and the staff were all friendly and kind, which made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Dr. Englard was attentive and thorough, and even went above and beyond by arranging for me to see the dermatologist in the office for a concern that wasn’t part of my original appointment. I really appreciated the extra care and efficiency. Overall, a very positive visit. I’d definitely recommend this office!

I was impressed how quick and easy i was able to schedule a visit to see a provider near my residence online.The follow up regarding time and insurance verification was within less than 24 hours. Next day at 8 am i receive a call; i was able to walk in the clinic and all i provide the receptionist was my name and informed all my information was provided via email. I receive the registry form prior to visit with ample time. The visit base on arrival , consult and lab, ekg was quick and efficient. The follow up with appropriate referrals base on the consult. I wish i can give more than five star base on the cleanliness, waiting empty , greeting , no line and information provided was exceptional. Thank you.????????????????????????.

The Zocdoc in her face was great! It was very much of what I’ve been looking for and trying to identify a compatible, new doctor and a new city with new benefits. The one point of improvement for. ZD Would be to be able to filter by doctors who self identify as being comfortable with LGBTQ issues, personal medical issues. That aside, I lucked out with my doc who happens to be in the same building where I live. For a general check up, and he identified and focused on issues that were concern to me as well as issues that I wasn’t even aware of, and referred me to a specialist. He clearly explained his reasoning and provided that supported his recommendations. He took the extra time to make sure that I understood why he was making the recommendation for specialist follow up and I fully agree. I am very glad that I assigned him as my PCP, my experience with ZD

I did not have a good experience with this doctor and overall Century Medical Center. I had to wait 1 hour+ for my appointments, test results took very long to be communicated to me, and was not notified when appointments were cancelled by the doctor (no reasons were given). I had to constantly proactively call to get the status of my appointments and test results. I got a serious diagnosis and was not being supported by the doctor or Century Medical Center. They did not provide proper recommendations about next steps. I have decided to switch doctors and medical centers and restart the whole process because I was not getting the help I needed. I would not reccomend going to this doctor or Century Medical Center.
