Dr. Hernandez Colon earned a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, completed a Residency in Psychiatry at Georgetown University, and a Fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel.

This place is amazing! I was looking at natural treatments for anxiety. I started researching Biofeedback and Ensele popped up in my Facebook feed for a month or so and decided to look them up. Glad I did. I signed up for a free phone consult and talked with the owner Selene. Told her my issues and am on a budget. She informed me they accept ppo insurance which I have and am so glad they take it. Which made me trust her even more because there are so many places out there that are money hungry and Selene is not. She wants to help heal you and will work with you and any budget. I went in the same week that I talked with her and started the biofeedback therapy. After only 2 sessions I felt a significant difference! Now I have had 4 sessions and 2 Lens therapy sessions and my anxiety is about 60 to 70 percent better wow! I just did a bio scan of my entire body and that was fascinating! I found out what I'm allergic to food wise and what I'm deficient in. Glad it showed I'm pretty healthy even with a low thyroid. I am hoping my anxiety continues to improve along with my low thyroid.

I did Brain Optimization for the first time not knowing what to expect. But on my drive home to Santa Monica from Calabasas, when I usually have the most tense anxiety, IT WAS GONE. I was looking for the anxious scared of driving feeling and I couldn't find it anywhere. It was like vanished. That was last week and I have no more driving anxiety. I also did light therapy on my shoulder because I had extreme inflammation. Notice I said had because that's GONE too!! I will be back weekly, a very clean calm environment with excellent staff.
