My initial experience at Circle Medical was a positive one. Agnes Leung was very helpful in walking me through best practices to ensure a healthy lifestyle. She made me feel comfortable throughout the annual checkup process, which was efficient and informative. The lab tests taken were also efficient, and the lab tech who assisted me was kind and provided ample relevant information on the tests being done and the samples being taken. The wait time for both my checkup and the lab tests was fairly short, neither lasting longer than 10 minutes (on a Friday morning, for reference). The waiting area was spacious and very comfortable. Overall, I recommend booking an annual checkup with Circle Medical!

I was a bit confused to see this provider worked for Circle Medical (I didn’t know what that was) and I had so many apps to download and things to do. I also got like 17 reminders before the appointment. I wonder if they have a lot of no-shows. Anyway, I tried to get there early as Zocdoc suggested but there was nothing to do for new patient intake so I got there 20 mins early waited around for 25 mins until I was called for my appointment. Once started, we spent a good amount of time doing intake I could have likely done alone while sitting by myself (you know like how they give you a clipboard or an iPad), and then when I brought up (2) concerns I was told that for the sake of time, we’d likely have to cover it in a follow up. So that was a confusing use of time in my mind. I thought non emergency concerns are what you brought to your annual. That all said, the provider was kind overall and ordered blood work for my yearly. The office was clean, comfortable, efficient & nice.
Agnes Leung, PAC was extremely professional and diligent. It was the most involved I have ever had someone in my medical history and I am thankful for the follow-up questions and care that she provided.
