Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Ahsan Rashid were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Dr. Ahsan Rashid really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

First the office in a great location, great parking, the offices in the building mostly doctors or dentists, very clean and well lit, the directions in the building great and easy to read. The office is very clean and tidy.
The staff in the office very welcoming and professional very respectful and polite, helpful, and informative.
The doctor was awesome, a very professional good listener and sincere, he tried to address all my concerns and answering all my questions, very friendly with a warm smile.
Highly recommend this office and the doctor to any one.

The appointments were handled well by the front office and then my two meetings with Dr Rashid and his assistants convinced me that I made a great choice. I wasn't treated with a smile by the front desk and Dr. Rashid even though nice and friendly, wasn't very professional walking in with food in their mouth. Also, I just seemed like a # not really looked at as a patient since he seemed to be in a hurry. Just a very transactional experience didn't feel personal.

Have been seeing this exemplary doctor for while now and gave NEVER left the office or my interaction with him or his office staff disappointed. My needs are ALWAYS met, he listens to my concerns compassionately with no doubt from me that anyone who sees him will not/is not well cared for. I appreciate him more than words can say. I love love love this doctor.

Well not sure where to begin, everything was fine, until the doctor asked for an MRI and his staff had to submit some paper work to my insurance to get an approval, but after week of frustration and miscommunication between their office and the insurance, i got denied and when i called back the nurse informed that my request was approved and she even sent the approval letter, that turned out to be a denial letter, They didn't take the time to read the letter or to follow up properly.
finally the doctor gave a call back to tell me to see a specialist and hang up
so yes I agree with the doctor, i need to see a professional who knows what he's doing and has a good staff.

Dr. Rashid and his staff are the best! They clearly have a passion for what they do! The office is a calm, peaceful and clean atmosphere, and a one stop shop. They are efficient and the wait time is minimal. I got my ears cleaned, a flu shot, saw the doctor and had my blood drawn, very convienient. I highly reccommend this practice.
