Video appointment logistics were a little out of the norm because they use FaceTime. However, I was seen by Dr. Cole and was really happy with the appointment and level of care. He was helpful, quick with assessing my needs, and gave me the best days to visit in-person to get a full skin/mole check. Overall, I was happy with the provider and the experience.

Did not have a good visit in the slightest. Went to see the PCP that was advertised and it was more of a “speciality” practice. Was charged my speciality copay to not even see PCP but her assistant where they did not listen to what I inquired about and sent me for bloodwork that I would have to pay out of pocket for. They would not do what I asked if I returned so I will not be making any further appointments or recommend to.

I only selected this provider because they were in network, and had availability.
I filled out all the forms online, with the exception of uploading my insurance card. When I tried to upload my insurance card, their system didn't compete the upload.
When I arrived, they said they needed my Insurance card. After I gave them my insurance card, the receptionist said, "I need a form of payment because our computer isn't working. It's been like that all day." I was only there for an annual physical....which would be covered under my insurance. But since their system wasn't working, I was told I needed to provide payment.
I decided to find another doctor whose technology problems don't become my problems.
But, true to form, the office person said, "I'm going to have to cancel your appointment and you'll have to pay."
Not the relationship I want with a doctor.

Two minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start, I received this message: "Hello, I apologize for the delay. Your provider is running behind in clinic and will be with you as soon as they are available." My total wait time was about 20 minutes. Afterwards, the appointment went smoothly enough. I wish I had known how to submit photos before my appointment. I had to upload them after it was over. But that's a minor inconvenience.

My visit with Dr. Ross was great! From the moment I stepped in to check in, I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I usually hate getting a pap-smear (who doesn’t) but Dr. Roth and her team made it so seamless and easy. She listened to any concerns I had and was very knowledgeable. It was a quick, painless experience, and left feeling so relieved that it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Thank you to Dr. Roth and her amazing front desk team for a great first office visit! :)
