He was amazing. It took an hour to see him after I arrived for my appt. the door handles were dirty especially the front door. Could use some bleach considering it's a health facility!! I took pics on my phone!

The staff was very courteous and attentive, however, it's been nearly two weeks since my appointment and I haven't heard any results from my lab work. I was told that they'd get in contact with me and every time I call the office it seems to be closed. I had to find out through online reviews that they wont give me the results unless I schedule an appointment or pick them up myself. It's slightly annoying that my visit resulted in hundreds of dollars of charges, an "I don't know, maybe it's this, here's a guess at a prescription", and horrible communication on the office's part. I won't be returning and that's a shame because everyone was very nice.

I came to Dr. Kahn seeking a replacement for my general practitioner, as they seemed to have become too busy to care for me. The good news is that booking the appointment was very easy, and I only had to fill out half of the information that I entered online once I got into the office.
Dr. Kahn himself was very pleasant and I thought I had found my new doctor. However, I soon got the feeling that they were just mining my insurance with "new patient" exams: I was given a breathing test and an EKG, and urine and blood samples were taken. This was explained to be part of the "annual physical" that I needed to do in order for the doctor to get a baseline.
I was told I would be called in 1-2 days with results and that we would schedule the next appointment based on that information, but didn't hear anything back. I called a week later and was told both:
1. "If the results are normal, we usually don't call"
2. "We are not allowed to give test results over the phone
I should never have been told I would be getting a call if those are their practices. As this was looking too much like the reasons I left my last doctor, I decided to try somewhere else.

I felt doctor was fine.He answered all my questions though I was surprised that he did not know any thyroid specialist to recommend me . And regarding reports , we need to make an appointment with doctor to get it or go and collect the reports.. They do not provide results online or over phone which was surprising . Havnt seen this anywhere.

Results of tests were not back and we were in for a follow up visit to review these. Office was efficient in getting these quickly so Dr. Khan was able to have them during our visit. He spoke directly to my son (13) about changes he needed to make to help him make better health choices. And then validated these with me as a mom and RN. Great bedside manner, calm, recalled previous visit (our 1st) and knew that my mother brought him versus me. Ordered appropriate tests to monitor my son's illness and asked us to follow up as needed.

I liked the doctor but the staff was barely nice and the wait was ridiculous. I showed up before the staff even decided to come to work and open the place up!

The wait. Please do not go here if you need to get in and out within 90 minutes. Two people that got there after me were let in before me, even though I was early to my appointment. Make that 3 people.
5 people have now been let in front of me. And it wasn't until an hour and a half into the wait I was given new patient forms to fill out even though I did them online through ZocDoc to save time. I told the nurse this and she said "yeah but these forms are different". They were the same. I actually had to look up the forms I filled out online on ZocDoc to get some of the info for the paper forms. There were two extra forms, one for consent for a minor and one for release of records. Other than those two which only required a signature and date, the forms were identical. I will now be missing a whole day of work for this appointment. With no apologies from any of the staff. Will never be returning.
Dr. Kahn had excellent bedside manner and seems very compassionate about his line of work. It is too bad his staff of nurses have lost me as a potential patient. Ruins his name.

Excellent first visit. Dr. Khan listened closely to the reason I was looking for a new primary care physician and provided the answers I was looking for. He immediately renewed my prescription via express scripts and provided a six month supply. I was tired of other doctors insisting that I come in for an office visit every three months as a condition to renewing my scripts.

This visit was a great experience. I was able to book an appointment for the same day using ZocDoc and was in and out of the office within 30 minutes. Staff was great and the doctor was very professional.
The office waiting room is a little small and run down and it can get crowded. But once you get to the back, everything is great.

Dr Khan has an excellent bedside manner and a caring, compassionate presence. He sits down with you and takes the time to listen, which is hard to find in a doctor! I would highly recommend Dr Khan to anyone looking for a PCP.

I have been a patient for many years with Dr. Khan. He is more than just a doctor, he demonstrates a bed side manner and caring that is rare in the medical field. His staff, both Kenna and Heather are exceptional, they manage a large pool of patients with great care and concern for each. I have had a significant list of medical ailments and I am no alone as I know I have a care plan and team to count on and most importantly, I am not viewed as a number.

I basically went to see Dr. Khan because I needed a last minute apt to check out a persistent cough and he was very close and had an available early morning opening. I was really pleased with both the medical assistant and Dr. Khan. I waited less than 20 minutes in the waiting room and I didn't wait at after my vitals were taken to see the Dr. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him.

The doctor is excellent. However, the front dest and nurses have the worst customer service. I highly recommend the doctor to change the nurses and people in the front dest to keep his brand name on top.
