This is a cash based private practice, we do not bill insurance. Telemedicine visits for New Patients are $45 and Established Patients are $30.
- We will reach out to you directly to confirm and schedule your appointment
- Once your appointment is scheduled, you will be sent a few brief intake forms via INTAKEQ to complete so that we can best serve you in a timely manner
- You MUST complete the intake packet prior to your appointment
- You will be charged after your appointment is complete
- Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in being charged 100% of the visit
*HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED AT A PREMIUM FEE OF $75, with 50% deposit required at the time of booking

This is a woman owned and operated private practice with two distinct branches. Our dermatology branch provides telemedicine visits and in person visits at local pop ups for common skin problems. Our cosmetic branch provides concierge Botox, filler, and chemical peels in the comfort and privacy of your home or at local pop up events.
