The staff in the office were great. I was taken right away. I was a new patient and the Doctor's demeanor was not great. It seemed rushed, not friendly. The problem I went for was not solved or diagnosed. I will need to see a specialist for that to happen. Typical first appointment.

Left feeling unheard and untreated. New patient but was never asked to provide full listing of health symptoms or fill out any medical information. Focus ended up being on getting tests for the required age-related obvious tests. Which is fine but not why I was there. Staff couldn't handle non-standard questions or provide useful answers. Had gone is for specific reasons but was bullied away from those and didn't end up even covering my immediate needs.

This was my first visit. Dr. Haq took the time to understand the medical issue I saw her for and my broader health. She was receptive to my holistic orientation to health. She was very responsive and helpful. The office seems to work very efficiently. I was seen on time and the receptionists were helpful.
