Akos is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and has over 8 years’ experience in evaluating and treating a wide range of mental health diagnoses, including treatment of adults and adolescents with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and other psychiatric disorders. This work has helped her to develop her perspective on the challenges individual face, and how she can best engage clients in wellness care.
Her goal is to encourage each patient to take care of their mental health by discussing it in a way that eliminates the stigma attached to seeking help. Her mission is to provide quality care in a collaborative, supportive, and judgment-free environment.
