The office is easily accessible, both by bus and by car, about a mile from PA Turnpike. Office staff is very pleasant and friendly. I had to wait about 30 minutes, but that gave me time to read a lot of ENT-related pamphlets, which was helpful. The doctor was very efficient, defined the problems and outlined the treatment.

They heard you in like cattle. Don't listen to what is going on in your life. It's more of "well we did what we could, you seem fine to me".

This office was run like a well oiled machine. The staff was extremely polite. Dr. Berger was personable and didn't rush. I really felt like he cared about my well being. It was a great visit.

The wait to get in was long, but once I went back everything was quickly and Dr. Berger was able to identify my deviated septum right away--no more waiting for more tests. Everyone was very nice.
