Dr. Frank opened Optik Eyewear with one simple mission: to provide the most remarkable full-service Optometry practice with the largest selection of unique and fashionable frame in town. It was all about bring a cosmopolitan boutique to Kingston area.
Dr. Frank has been practicing optometry for over 30 years. He is renowned for practicing in the Optometry department at Sugeman’s Optical and the Northeast Eye Institute.
He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry and spent some time as the chief of the Frankford Hospital content lens clinic. He then became the owner of The Children’s Eye Center in Wilkes Barre before opening his first practice in Eynon, PA.
He is currently on the Board of Directors for Volunteers in Medicine where he performs free eye exams for workers who can not afford health insurance.
Dr. Frank has many areas of expertise. This includes fitting individuals for bifocals soft contacts, pediatric refraction and geriatric vision care. We welcome new patients and accepts most major forms of insurance.
