Another aspect that was lacking, if the treatment as successful, when should I comeback for further treatments if necessary No mention was made regarding treatment(s) of the stiffness of the hips.The only issue addressed was the pain in the knees.

Dr. Dayan received his Medical Degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He completed an Internship in General Surgery and a Residency in Orthopedic Surgery, serving as Chief Resident, at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Dayan performed a Fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at the Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York.
The Guardians of the Sick in Brooklyn, New York proclaimed Dr. Dayan as "Physician of the Year" in 1996. As an undergraduate, he was honored to serve as Valedictorian of his class and graduated summa cum laude from the James Striar School of Yeshiva University in New York. Dr. Dayan is distinguished as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery.
In addition to his practice as an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Dayan serves as Medical Director at the Immediate Care Facility, Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York and as Clinic Assistant Professor at the New York University Medical Center.

They did not have my appointment down and when the front desk asked to confirm, she had the rudest demeanor and reactions that I decided to leave. I was so turned off by her actions, she did not act like she wanted to take my appointment after the fact that she made an error on her part by confirming the ZocDoc appointment but not having it in the doctor’s system. Get a new admin please!

I had 2 appointments here. The first one was okay, probably because i was a new patient. The second one was a longer wait and i noticed they let in people who came after me so i went to ask when i was going to be called and they hadn't even put me in to be called. I was very upset because i waited for far too long and then when i went in the doctor gave me 5 minutes of his time. I had to call out while he was leaving the room because i had some questions. He hadn't bothered to ask if i did. Let's just say I don't think I'll be back.

Pleasant staff, pleasant environment, doctor was thoughtful and caring. Only complaint was the waiting time. Wasn't taken until one hour after my appt and then had to wait another half hour to have X-rays taken.

The doctor was awesome but the receptionist looked so over whelmed. At times it was very annoying hear her talk so loud to the clients. I'm hoping the next time I go it's better. I even hear her say take care who's evers here first to the other receptionist who seems to be new there. and people who scheduled on zoc doc can wait. I was very disappointed. That could've been me. She needs to be train at her customer service.

Went to Doc Dayan for a trigger finger. Which is a finger that doesn't fully extend.
Well arranged office. BUT the receptionist could not find me on ZocDoc. So she gave me a bunch of papers to fill out. There is another reviewer with the same problem. After that they took x-rays, and waited in another room. After 15 minutes the doctor came. Dr. Dayan is very polite, well mannered and explains fully. I found the whole practice to be very good. Except for the fact that I had made an appointment through zoc doc and the receptionist could not find it. That's it.

The office staff doesn't know how to use Zocdoc. I had to fill in the manually same info, I have already filled on the web. A lots of paperwork, very annoying You actually have to write "n//a" 50-60 time again on every row of the questionnaire. I hate wasting my time and repeat things.
