Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Reves and was very pleased. He was very thorough in his examination and explained his reason for doing everything he did, which I found both interesting and comforting. I highly recommend this practice and look forward to returning there!

This. is an excellent office. Staff is above your average staff, So pleasant, helpful and very caring and friendly. Dr Jordan spends a lot of time examining you and going over his what and why you are having issues with your eyes. He answers every question you have. Show how much he cares about his patients. I spent more time with the technician than with the doctor. I have had eye exams with other doctors but never like this. First of all to begin with the receptionist right away told me that there is an extra charge if I need a prescription for eyeglasses. I told her I never heard this before. She insisted that because he is a doctor he does not give prescriptions. What a crock of you know what. I would like to say that most of the patients were senior citizens that seemed to be out of it. I am a senior without dementia and questioned the tactics. I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes. He did not introduce himself and he looks nothing like his photo.

This was the best doctor's appointment I've ever had in my life. They addressed every single concern I had about my eyes. I was tested for everything. The doctor sat down with me and explained everything thoroughly. I felt very cared for by the doctor and assistant. The doctor even sent a message about my appointment right away to my primary care physician. I wish every physician's office was like this one. The front desk staff was friendly too. I waited only minutes to be seen. Highly recommended.

Office staff very unhelpful. My appointment was rescheduled twice, once later than booked, once earlier than booked. I ended up not being seen by a technician until approximately the time of the original appointment, and not until later by Dr. Jordan. The technician who examined me was lovely and professional and Dr. Jordan was perfectly nice.
When I arrived, I was told that despite being listed as a "full service" provided on the Davis Vision website, Dr. Jordan does not accept Davis Vision for exams, only for actual glasses. Called the next day with a question about my prescription, but I still have not heard back.

I was visiting Brooklyn when I developed what I thought was an eye infection. I was very happy to get an appointment quickly and extremely pleased with the treatment I received.

The entire staff along with the doctor himself were very easy going, extremely kind and patient. Nothing in the visit felt rushed at all and they were very thorough and clean. I am so happy I went there and when it comes to eyes this is written by the biggest chicken ever!

I was the first one in the office at 9am, so I thought it was a little ridiculous that I had to wait until 10:20am to finally see the doctor. Also the technician that I saw was incredibly robotic and impersonal. However, doctor Jordan turned out to be fantastic. He was patient, explained everything and very pleasant. So worth the wait but still annoying.

I went in for a simple eye check. I have no medical issues, this was just a check up and yet the appointment took TWO HOURS. I find this baffling. The staff seemed nice and they did apologize but the overall experience was massively inconvenient. I would not go back and I would not recommend them.
