Dr. Miller is one of the more outstanding physicians I have seen. He is thorough, responsive to questions, looks at patients directly, speaks in language that is understandable and has never been condescending in his approach to me as his patient. Since I am a health care provider with 50 years experience in my field, I am extremely picky about how a physician approaches his patients and I can, without qualification, recommend Dr. Miller to anyone.

I waited nearly an hour. I asked the receptionist why it took an hour as that is not acceptable to me. The response was that most specialists take that long?!

He asked questions and told me what he thought my condition could be. Prescribed follow-up with Speech Pathologist to check out some things. I'm very pleased with him; I value his medical opinion and will continue to see him when i have ENT problems.

I was really disappointed with my appointment with Dr. Miller. I've been to several ENTs and heard good things about him. I was hopeful that he'd have some out of the box ideas about my condition. My first ZocDoc appointment was canceled, because it turned out he was not in on that day and no one updated ZocDoc. I didn't have to wait too long for another appointment. On the day of the appointment, I waited for 50min past my appointment time to be seen. When I made it to the exam room, it was clear the whole office was VERY rushed (it was 6:45pm by this time, I was one of the last appointments). The physical exam was scant, tests were repeated that I already had done and a suggestion to have another test (already completed for the same condition) was made. I won't be having the test or returning to this Dr.

Wait time was long. I liked Dr. Miller's professionalism. He listened and the procedures done were well tolerated. I especially liked the fact that he did not dismiss my fears and suspicions but explained that he would do more tests to uncover the reason for my symptoms.

I was familiar with him because he performed a surgical procedure (deviated septum/rhinoplasty) for my daughter close to 20 yrs ago And did an exemplary job.
