Dr. Moshell and his staff made me feel extremely comfortable and were very thorough! They alleviated a lot of stress I had too. I will definitely be coming back

Doctor Moshell is very professional and highly qualified. I wish I was able to talk more to the doctor himself than to his assistants though. Anyway, the treatment for my acne that he recommended works well and my skin is getting much better. The only complaint is about making appointments with the medical office - it took me several weeks and many calls to get through.

You are asked the same question by 4 different people. The examination room was very cold for a naked person.

The wait time to see the doctor was too long. I was able to speak to the residents but briefly with the doctor. I was somewhat satisfied, I would have preferred more time with the doctor but the residents were pretty good and very professional.

Honestly I'd like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, because not every day goes smooth . The receptionist we're not very friendly and seemed super lazy about greeting and getting all visitors/patient situated. After I reminded the front desk that I was waiting to be seen one hour into my arrival, I was taken to the back and put inside a room. The nursing assistant ask my family health questions as usual, she seems super aggressive and very condescending in her questioning ( she was not sympathetic at all especially when I'm telling her of the traumatizing experiences when it comes to my family's health) Once she was done I waited about another 40 minutes until I got up and attempted to leave, then two residents came in and started their questioning . They were very friendly and apologetic. They immediately reported to the doctor, Who came back in the room with them speaking of my diagnosis as they entered the room. The doctor never introduce himself or ask my name being a first-time patient I expected more . He checked me out and prescribe few things. To add insult to injury , The front desk asked me to fill out a computer survey. I declined and asked her about parking validation , she shook her head no. I ended up also paying $10 for two hour parking . To say the least I am happy that I have what I need for my diagnosis, but I highly doubt if I would ever visit them again .

the front office is not adequately staffed for the number of doctors/patients. After waiting 15 minutes I had to go back up to remind them that i had new insurance that needed to be on file. Once I got in to see the doctor everything was efficient, though I saw another doctor first, who did the exam before Dr Moshell came in

Dr. Moshell comes off as knowledgeable but cold, and only stays in the room with you to serve as a consult for his residents, rather than actually taking the time to actually listen to his patients or answer his questions after waiting a month and a half to get an appointment. I came to him for a second opinion so it isn't as big of a deal, but I would not recommend him as your primary physician.

Did spend a lot of time with Dr. Moshell, mostly saw his resident who was really fabulous. Kind, thorough, explained everything well. Had to wait a bit to get signed in but they are a busy clinic - not a big deal.

Waited over an hour to see him. Saw resident first (Dr.Jamison) who was outstanding. She then brought Dr. Moshell in to oversee her and agree to her treatment plan. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. They were very cognizant of the Medicaid formulary and made sure my son got the meds he needed to be covered - this impressed me greatly. They also didn't treat him differently because of the Medicaid - many providers do. I would see him again.
