Terrible visit. I had a 2 pm appointment moved to 2:30pm. So I waited and waited, and then the receptionist tells me my insurance won't cover general check up which I had confirmed covers 100%. It was very unprofessional to have me sit there and then tell me nothing is covered when I checked all coverage prior to arrival. The worst receptionist i have come across.

First off, let me start by saying I hate going to Drs. Not because of anything, but I get myself all worked up and nervous. I have to say, from the minute I booked the appointment until I left, I felt at ease, comfortable and respected. The receptionist was lovely and I really loved how she just tried to make a connection with me. She was friendly and we chatted as she took my weight etc and it really made me feel valued and less nervous. Dr. Moussa also made me feel at ease. He listened to me and even when he gave advice he did so in an extremely respectful way. And all in all he was 100% right. However, he never made me feel like I was being silly. I will definitely go back to Dr. Moussa's office. I left there feeling at ease and extremely happy with this appointment.

I was greeted by a very friendly and alternative reciptionist. I was very comfortable, while filling out my recent questionaire. I was seen by Dr. Moussa right away. Dr. Moussa explained every aspect of my medical condition/treatment.
