I was so happy to find a doctor that was available on a Sunday for my son who was experiencing Covid like symptoms. The doctor examined him and found my son to have a sinus infection. My son also took a Covid test which came back negative.
Thank you doc for helping us find the problem and feel at ease.

I liked how attentive he was with my newborn. He also provided his card with his cell phone number in case we needed anything. It is comforting to know that I can contact him directly with any questions, especially as a new mom.

Doctors office is ran by kids very unprofessional. You call to speak to the doctor because your baby is sick and they tell you hes going to call you back and he never does. We called the office about 6 times

I always bring my sons here. But today, I was not happy with my Sick visit. My child was not prescribed any medication to help with his symptoms. Had to call the office from the Pharmacy to ask for some cough medicine. My child has the flu and stomach virus and was seen yesterday, only to be home still sick without antibiotics. I am a single mom who works full-time and this is frustrating. I will change PCP's for my sons now.

Very friendly staff, bright colorful place, very friendly and happy doctor and very gentle when doing bloodwork on my son. He was also very willing and able to look at my son's past medical history and was very patient in listening to all the issues my son has had. A complete 180 from my son's last doctor.

The worst doctor's office I have ever visited and to think such a practice treats children, is scary. The wait was very long and was not explained to me until I asked. The doctor was very unfriendly, didn't even greet me and acted as if he wasn't at interested in why I was there with my child.

The Front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Bassoul was great with the kids and they even commented on how they really liked him (except for having to get shots). The only criticism I would have it to give some attention to the waiting room. The chairs were ripped and the walls needed painting. It gave a bad first impression, but that was quickly changed by the fantastic service by both the front desk and Dr. Bassoul. Also, we spend only a couple of minutes in the waiting room before being seen by the Doctor. We definitely will return in the future.

Of all the physicians I have gone to, he was the only one who charges co-pay everytime a patient comes in, even for follow-up visits that he requested.
