Everything was pretty good. Doctor was good. Staff is very nice and attend you very well. The waiting time could sometimes be long. Doctor is always trying to keep you in a correct path for your health.

Was not at all impressed. Office staff was very unprofessional, griping about office issues where waiting patients could hear the conversation. Felt the doctor was very abrasive then withheld my vital medicines when I could not afford a copay at the time to visit right then. I'm diabetic and have high blood pressure and these medicines were withheld. As a result I ended up in the hospital with extremely dangerous blood pressure. I've switched physicians and would never go back to this office and definitely would advise others to steer clear.

The office was nice. However The thing that bothered me was Dr. Boyd was a little aggressive in his tone when discussing your issues. He appeared to listen to everything I said however he was a little judgmental to me. The office staff sometimes did not follow up with referrals. I only was a patient of his for a short time before I decided to switch.

He seemed very uninterested in my concerns and he talked over me while I tried to explain my symptoms to him. I tried to ask him questions they where dismissed pretty much. There was alot of "sit there. ok, now go sit there!" He answered personal phone calls during my visit and he was also vey rude to his callers. Once my visit was finished, prescriptions were prescribed, he made the shooing gesture to tell me to leave. His medical assistant and front receptionist were very personable and friendly though. I'm sure he's a very knowledgeable guy, but he just wasn't friendly at all. It was too early in the morning for me to assume that maybe he was having a bad day...
