Dr. Bustillo has started her studies with B.A. studies at the University of Miami, Miami, FL majoring in International Studies and Geography and minoring in Business Administration and Foreign Languages. After this, she continued her Post-Baccalaureate Studies in Health Sciences at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL, and attended medical school at USF Health Morsani College of Medicine, Tampa, FL.
Dr. Bustillo completed her Internship and Residency at Emory University School of Medicine J. Willis Hurst Internal Medicine Residency Program in Atlanta, GA, where she has also served as 2017 – 2018 Ambulatory Chief Resident.

II liked the provider that I saw, Dr. Bustillo was very friendly and thorough in my exam. However, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed that when it was time for my blood to be drawn they told me they did not have the supplies that they needed and I would have to go elsewhere to have my blood work done.? ?I had made my appointment weeks in advance and it would have been nice if someone had given me the opportunity to reschedule due to not having necessary supplies.

Dr. Alejandra Bustillo was incredibly kind, caring, and patient after I was visibly anxious for my appointment. Dr. Bustillo was a wonderful listener and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly. I am not a huge fan of blood tests, but her nurse, Julia, made sure that I was completely comfortable with every step taken. I have never been treated so kindly at a doctors office

She is one of the first providers I've seen in a while who was kind, open to listening to my concerns and easily took care of them.

Dr. Bustillo was fabulous. I have been dealing with this issue for almost a month and after being seen by another doctor who didn't ask me any questions and barely examined me, I decided to seek a second opinion. Dr. Bustillo listened closely to my concerns, did a thorough exam, and clearly explained what might be the problem. I couldn't stop thanking her and am so glad to be leaving with a plan.

I had such a positive experience - I arrived at my appointment very early, and was seen before my appointment time which was a nice surprise. Both the nurse and Dr. Bustillo were clear in communicating with me, were willing to hear my concerns and anxieties, and addressed all of my questions during my exam. I highly recommend for a general practitioner.
