Dr. Alejandro Espaillat is an Eye Physician and Surgeon specializing in state-of-the-art LASIK surgery, and diabetic eye disease in Miami. Dr. Espaillat is an active eye surgeon who has performed thousands of small incision cataract, and laser surgeries, as well as cared for numerous patients affected by diabetic eye disease. He has participated in the research and co-authorship of many published medical reports, and has designed surgical instruments used during cataract surgery. Dr. Alejandro Espaillat also teaches the next generation of Ophthalmologists at the University of Miami Hospital.
