Staff was efficient and courteous. The office was clean and organized. The wait time was long, supposedly due to x-ray machine problems causing a backup.
PA did the initial symptoms and overall health data gathering and arranged to have x-rays done. Dr. Khaimov was pleasant and listened to attentively but seemed a little hurried (maybe due to the patient backup issue).
I give him it a satisfactory rating for now and update after my next visit.

I spoke with the office assistant. She refused to help. Instead, she attempted to book me for another appointment the following week. When I mentioned I prefer to speak with the physician assistant first, she said everyone is out of the office. The appointment was nothing more than xrays, The entire appointment lasted about 20 minutes. I mentioned I'm still in pain, their advice was ice. I asked if I can get anti inflammatory medication to ease tendon swelling, she said just take ice. She is not a doctor but prescribed advice. To cap it off she hung up on me while I was talking. She was extremely rude. To test it out call her, and ask questions until her patience is thin, you'll see the come out. Don't go to this office. The office support is awful. You will regret it.
I spoke with the doctor for about 4 minutes. He's fine but their office managers, assistants, support staff leave a lot to be desired.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Appointment was at 1pm and I was in the examination room at 110pm. The front desk personnel was courtesy and informed me of the co pay and x rays fee up front. The doctor did an extensive examination and even brought in a physical therapist to go over a treatment plan. Excellent service

My visit went great. Waited for a short period of time but nothing that would be considered "excesive" or too long. Ladies at front desk were patient with me even though I arrived late for my appointment. Dr. Khaimov took his time asking Question to understand where my pain was and if he could help. Did xrays in office and went over my film within 10 minutes which was great, considering it's an ankle injury. Chose Dr. Khaimov based on his previous reviews and am happy I did. The doc also has a sense of humor which is great when you're feeling overwhelmed with your injury.

While he couldn't help my particular issue (back) he took the time to search for someone that could. He still exam me and advised me as to what was going on and what I could expect from my particular injuries. I really wish he was back specialist.
