Tailor to Russian speakers and patients. If you are not from Russia or somewhere close by, you will have a very hard time communicating with both the doctor and the staffs. The doctor didn't talk at all. He didn't take any initiatives to ask me questions and try to diagnose what is wrong with my illness. He basically prescribed me something at the end so he can leave.
