I scheduled an appt for 5pm and came early at 4:40pm. I saw many people before me be seen, a handful of people who walked in after me got seen, so I followed up with the front desk, and she told me there was one person in front me. 3-4 people then walked in, and they all got seen! I followed up again at the front desk, and she just told me that the manager would come. The manager came 5-7 minutes later after more people got seen. At that point it was 5:40pm and calmly but slowly explained there were 3 cues (walk ins, appointments, and then Zocdoc), and walk ins are prioritized over Zocdoc which is different from what the front desk said. This made me miss my infant pick up, and the rest of our evening appointments got pushed back. Then, they wouldn’t even do what I came in for which is fine, but I didn’t quite understand the explanation and felt the solutions were inadequate until I requested for a referral and other solutions.
