Dr. Batchev received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan. He then earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at the New York Institute of Technology. Dr. Batchev completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of South Carolina. Additionally, he completed a residency in Family Medicine with a focus on Pediatric Services at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Michigan. He also trained at Richland Memorial Hospital/University of South Carolina School of Medicine and Sisters of Charity Hospital in New York.
Since 1997, Dr. Batchev has practiced at over seven hospitals across the Midwest and owned his own practice for nine years. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to medicine. In his free time, Dr. Batchev enjoys skiing, scuba diving, traveling, and studying and speaking the Spanish language.
