Alexandra M Pena, PA-C is the newest addition to the Healthcare Now team. She was born and raised in Miami Florida. She initially studied biology at Florida International University. She then continued her studies and received her Physician Assistant degree from the Miami Dade College Physician Assistant Program. Upon graduation she immediately joined our team as a PA-C, after previously working with us as a Medical Assistant when she joined our team in 2017. She has always been a crucial member of our team.
Alex is especially passionate about pediatrics and mental health. She strives to make an impact in every patient’s life. In her time off she enjoys spending time with her puppies, and traveling.

I lived in Miami well over 20 years and this is one of finest facilities in the entire region, excellent staff , excellent doctors specially Dr Hoover and Dr Pena Good accommodation , my wife goes there for check ups and few things and I choose too for my annual if asked is the best medical facility in Miami. thank you

It wa just fine. I saw a different doctor than the one I was supposed to. I wish it was better and the doctor was a better listener. I was trying to explain what was wrong and I felt she was rushing to a decision that I didn’t agree with.

Nice clean office. Somewhat friendly staff. Primary was wonderful listening to concerns. In-house Xray , and labs. However, felt left hanging - what's next ? What about the Xray ? What about the labs ? Now what? And they flat out refused to sign necessary and extremely needed employer paperwork. They brushed that off to a specialist that was not needed and impossible to make an appointment. A real shame - they carried the ball very well to the 2o yard line and then fumbled.
