In less than an hour had EKG, blood drawn, blood pressure taken, and enough time with the doctor to feel confident the annual physical was done well. Suggest the early morning as I was the first patient. Making the appointment a month in advance was how I got the day and time I wanted. The only downside is parking. There is a middle school near the office and the staff take most of the parking before 7:30 AM. John F.

One of the worst places I've come by so far. The wait time is ridiculous and staff very unfriendly and unhelpful.
I was seen quickly, all of my questions were answered, and I was given orders for blood work right away.

Longer than 2 hours wait to see the doctor for 5 minutes
Lack of profesionalism.

When I complained about pain in my knee cup, the doc told me not to expect much since I'm getting old, and this is common (I was 29..)
they receptionists didn't register me until 20 minutes after I arrived. Then told me there were two patients ahead of me. I tried to leave and asked them to call when they were ready, but no go. Then later she said I could leave if I told the person who took blood pressure. Not a real appointment but a first come first serve basis. The blood pressure lady asked "why I was crying" when I came in after I said "Hello." This was very weird because I was not crying. I'm not sure why a nurse would assume this about a patient and it was just an unprofessional thing to say. She crammed the thermometer in my mouth without looking the metal tip borderline painful where it hit underneath my tongue. Her English was also broken, I told her I had a fever in the morning and still have muscle aches. She replied "you don't have one." The staff seems stressed out by the number of patients they accept. I had my blood pressure taken at 10:00am. I was finally seen at 10:30 am for a 9 o clock appointment.

He was professional, seemed like a good man. But I only saw him for about 5-10 minutes. I had to wait almost 2 hours to see him. It was very busy but I did have an appointment. I would suggest going earlier in the day

Dr. Castillo was quick and to the point. But, I did have to wait for an hour and 30 min to see him. Therefore, when you compare the time that I waited to the time that the doctor spent with me (approx. 5 min) then for some it might not sound like a great service.

My visit with Doctor Alfredo Castillo was great. I had been looking for another primary doctor and I am happy I found him. He is friendly, a great listener and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Dr Castillo and his staff are all very nice and down to earth. He was very hepful and offered to answer any questions I had. The only reason I didn't give 5 star rating is because thier office doesn't give immunization shots and that was the main reason for my visit.

GREAT TEAM. !

I really liked my visit with Dr. Castillo and his staff. I had an early morning appointment and there was a bit of a wait time (probbaly 25 min), but the nurses were really great. I went in for a routine physical. Dr. Castillo is easy to talk to, he made me feel very at ease and I left knowing what to expect. Nurse who did my blood test was so sweet, too - painless! I would definitely recommend him and plan to go back.

He was very professional, and I trusted him.

I scheduled this appointment over a month ago. I was the first patient. A the appointed time I was acknowledged, and asked to update my information. As soon as I updated I was called for triage, cardiograph and to the doctor. I also had blood drawn. My appointment was for 7:30 AM and my time was honored. My annual physical with a examination by Doctor Castillo was done and all completed within 30 minutes. I await results of blood work. What more could you ask.

Pleasant staff
The staff was nice. But the wait was long.
I booked the earliest appointment at 7:30, didn't get to step inside to see a nurse until 8:20, by the time I saw the doc, it was 8:50. He was okay, he seemed like a warm person, but didn't offer any additional insight on my condition, other than give me referrals. the whole process seemed a little hectic and I had to ask around on where to go several times.
He is pleasant and an attentive listener. He asks the right questions that I like to hear and and delivers answers that seem to be on point. My visit was simple, quick and concise yet we managed to get a lot done.

Great doctor and well mannered staff.
Although Dr. Castillo was wonderful, his front desk staff was certainly not. Crass, rude, impatient and dismissive, I would not be likely to recommend or return. The phlebotomist also leaves much to be desired.
Verified patient
Not impressed. I went and specifically said I wanted allergy medicine so I wouldn't have to buy over the counter- the prices are higher than the bulk allergy medicine I received last year from my other doctor. I took the time to call off work and wait. Saw the doctor for about 5 mins and when I took in the scripts they were ALL over the counter medicine...complete waste of my time.
Dr Castillo was great. I was the last patient but he didn't rush me. He was nice and listened to all my concerns. The medical assistant was very good as well.
