This was my 7 year old son’s first appointment with Dr. Rida. I INSTANTLY requested him to be my son’s PCP. His bedside manner is something that cannot be taught in any higher institution . He is genuinely, a warm, compassionate, provider who listens! My son said, “ wow, I didn’t know he would be that cool! He’s a really good man” This is the same son who is not too happy about ANY medical appointments. I just wanted to say that because Dr. Rida immediately started a conversation with my son, which instantly put him at immense ease. The staff was very friendly, and patient! They took their time and helped us get an issue with my insurance taken care of . Just stellar! I am so happy to have found this office!
