Dr Sanai was friendly and professional. However, the appointment system that zocdoc provides on their website is NOT integrated with MedStar Health system. The appt that was set up in zocdoc was later changed after I made it. When I showed up 30 mins early, the office said that my original appt time is what was on the books and that all zocdoc appts are manually entered into their system. This was the cause of the different appointment times. The office said that I should call them to make appointments in the future. What's the point of having this feature is its not reliable?
