Dr. Brown seemed nice. She listened to my concern and gave a reasonable explanation. I was under the impression that she would return after viewing the skin sample under a microscope. However, she did not and instead sent her assistant in to give me results while she tended to her next patient. The problem is that I had questions, needed further direction, and felt that she should have been the one to give me my results and offer further explanation. I felt like I was "left hanging".
