Dr. Jiang has been fantastic! I work as a mental health therapist, so I’ve had a lot of interactions with psychiatrists on a professional level as well as my own personal interactions. Dr. Jiang is very knowledgeable and, more importantly, she cares about the work she’s doing and helps you take everything into account before deciding on the best course of treatment. To put it simply, she’s not going to make a decision until it’s been talked out and agreed upon to where both she and the patient are confident in the plan.

Dr. Jiang is by far the most qualified psychiatrist I have visited. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Unlike most psychiatrists, she spent a lot of time listening and talking to me. I look forward to working with her further. Would definitely recommend.

I have a complicated psych history and work in the field of behavioral health, so I was well aware that I was going to have a hard time finding a provider that understood that background and worked with me. This provider was very attentive during our one appointment, but the moment I mentioned a history of being prescribed stimulants, she completely shut down and refered me out, after giving me a lecture about NJ's controlled substance policy for telehealth clients. I insisted that I did not want stimulants and was open to literally anything but a controlled substance as I do not actually have ADHD, but it didn't matter, back on the waiting list again.
This provider works out of Talkiatry and their wait times for "referrals" is another month on top of the month I waited for this appointment. I would not recommend Talkiatry but I know this provider was trying.

Dr. Jiang is patient, empathetic, and I highly recommend her. She always listened, and discussed a treatment plan with me, asking how I felt about it rather than setting it in stone without my input.
