I have been a loyal patient of Pentucket Medical for over 10 years, and had never complaint about any of the services I have used. However, during my last yearly physical appointment I was very disappointed and frustrated. I waited a full year to discuss with my new doctor my health concerns, I met with Dr. Rosado Rodriguez for the first time and I was not satisfied with her Dr. Rosado came into the room and spend less than 10 minutes in the room. I had some concerns about my health that I wanted to discuss and would it liked to have being listened too. Every time I tried to have a dialogue about it and explain my health concerns, she cut me right off and undermine the symptoms that I was explaining. I felt like I was bothering her or taking of her extra time or simply annoying her. Additionally, I told the medical assistant and the Dr. Rosado that I already had my flu shot about a week ago. After Dr. Rosado left the room, the medical assistant came back with two vaccines 1) Tetanus- which Dr. Rosado told me I needed, and 2) a Flu shot ready to go. I told the medical assistant again that I already had the flu shot and she told me that she reminded the Dr. about but she ordered anyway. This appointment overall it was like she had no interest on listening and had her own agenda of getting in and out of the facility to go with her priorities…Very unsatisfied!
