The one who is next in line with me had a figth with her that is the proof that she is not friendly at all we dont deserve this treatment

Amazing phlebotomist- I know that sounds odd but I didn’t event know he had pricked me and I get my blood drawn a fair amt. doctor was great! Explained every step and was very clear and thorough.

Be honest I saw too many doctors in my life, mostly time you wait them for two hours inside the room then they comes to the room & stay 2 feet far from you and ask couple of questions and send you away or will give you some antibiotics!
But this doctor Alisa is different
She is a good listener, very professional, kind and she made me happy ,
I felt like I went to actually see the real doctor who can help you !

Newly relocated to Alexandria. Staff was super friendly and helpful, even for people that were looking for a service they do not offer (physicals for certain jobs). They offered recommendations for other providers, which I thought went above and beyond. Nurses and staff were kind, doctor was attentive, and I am happy with the location. As a cancer survivor, the doctor recommended other local physicians to continue with my care. I am looking forward to a healthy future with the medical team.

The doctor was really great but I was asked to come 15mins early in the prep (there was no additional paperwork) but ended up waiting almost an hour to be seen which was frustrating. I suspect it may have been even longer had I not said I need to pick up my son. It may have also been because Allcare has a walk-in business too but should prioritize appts as much as possible.
I will return to see this Dr but may choose a first appt of the day to hopefully avoid delays later in the day.
