Had what I thought to be ringworm, 3rd time in 3 years. Have used countless creams and pills, didn't work and was just told it was stubborn. Alison was quick to tell me it wasn't even ringworm and it was eczema that looked similar. Was in and out in 15 minutes with a thorough explanation of what to do going forward and any follow up steps if necessary. Fantastic visit.

As a new patient, this was my first time seeing Dr. Himes for a full body skin exam.
Dr. Himes was very thorough with her exam by checking my skin from my scalp to the soles of my feet as well even in-between my toes. If I had a concern about my skin anywhere on my body Dr. Himes was willing to exam that area in a professional manner and never made me feel uncomfortable.
During the exam Dr. Himes was thorough, informative about issues she found and set me at ease right away with her pleasant conversation. Dr. Himes answered any questions I had and I didn't feel rushed at all.
We discussed non-insurance paid procedures and she was upfront about the fees was able describe what to expect if I wanted to follow through.
The office staff were friendly and Dr. Himes' PA was friendly and professional as well. I used my credit card to pay my deductible.
I was extremely pleased with Dr. Himes and look forward to her care in the future.

I loved Dr. Himes and her nurses! They were so nice, helpful, and most importantly (to me) willing to listen to everything I had to say and answer questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. I did not like the fact that I had to fill out the same paperwork that I filled out online. I thought the whole idea was to save time. I was a little pissed that I had to do it all over again. You really need to work on that.

My daughter visited her for acne problems and Dr. Himes made her feel very at ease and comfortable. She connected with her and really liked her. She discussed several things with her in addition to the reason for the visit and made an anxious teenager feel much better.
